Chrissy Teigen shuts down troll who questioned whether she was still breastfeeding
There are many things we love about Chrissy Teigen, but one of them has to be her no nonsense approach to mum-shamers.
From clapping back at those who question her parenting skills, to calling out haters who question her fertility decisions, the mum-of-two is more than capable of dealing with Internet trolls.
And this week is no exception.
Taking to Instagram her husband, John Legend, posted a sweet snapshot of the 32-year-old and their two kids Luna and Miles, backstage at The Voice, where he’s currently starring as a judge.
In the picture Chrissy could be seen feeding her son a bottle of milk.

And of course it didn’t take long for the Internet to pass judgement, asking why Chrissy was no longer breastfeeding Miles.
“You no longer breastfeed?” one user asked.
The comment was pretty annoying for a number of reasons – firstly because Chrissy often shares photos of herself breastfeeding and pumping, so the milk in the bottle could well have been expressed.
Secondly, the question is pretty personal and how she chooses to feed her children isn’t really anyone’s business and finally, the comment was left on John’s page.
Of course Chrissy was well up to the task of responding to the comment: “John never breastfed Miles,” she wrote in her typically witty way.
But just in case the shamer didn’t get the message, Chrissy’s fans were also quick to step in and offer their own clap backs.
“First of all it’s none of your business. And second of all, If that is a bottle of BREASTmilk she is FEEDING her child, she IS breastfeeding him! Educate yourself before judging. Breastfeeding is not exclusively nursing,” one user wrote.
“Someone really came down on you because you are cuddling and hugging your child as you feed him his bottle? Unbelievable. Look at the love in this picture. Never ceases to amaze,” another added.
“You are awesome! We are all here just doing our best to be the best mommies we can be! We should hold each other up and support one another. Being a mom is the hardest job in the world. And you are awesome! Ignore the negative Nancy’s,” a third user agreed.

It isn’t the first time Chrissy has shut down breastfeeding shamers. Earlier this year she called out a user who accused her of being ‘narcissistic’ for sharing a picture of her nursing her son.
“You make feeding a baby big deal because you got weird titty issues[sic],” she wrote.
She also took it upon herself to poke poked fun of the mummy shammers who criticise her every move.
Posing a picture of her posing with her two children on holiday, she made a nod to several social media critics who swipe at her parenting skills, Teigen posted in the caption:
“Should I post the one where his head looks unsupported but my face looks good and Luna is over it, the one where his head is supported but my face is just okay and Luna is over it, or him crying and my face looks okay and luna is over it?”
In other Chrissy Teigen parenting news a post the mum-of-two posted last month showing her four-month-old son, Miles, bathing in a bucket, went down a storm with fans.
And back in September the presenter opened up about her decision to eat the placenta after the birth of her son, Miles.
