Celebrity parents share how they are self-isolating with their kids after school closures
While UK schools remain open, their counterparts in the US have started to close amid coronavirus concerns.
Celebrity parents in the US have been sharing on social media how they are self-isolating with their children.
Stars including Zoe Saldana, Olivia Wilde, Elizabeth Banks, Kim Kardashian and Mariah Carey have been revealing what they’ve been getting up to with their kids at home.
In a post on Instagram, the Guardians Of The Galaxy actress Saldana, 41, gave fans an insight into her life of “hibernation” with her three young sons.

Captioning snaps of them doing some creative school work while enjoying food, Zoe wrote: “Day 3 of hibernation!
“Home school with the boys and having a healthy lunch. Zen writing his name for the first time!!!! Classico Merengue and now vegetarian Bolognes along with a nice glass of Brunello (in honour of all our Italian people).
“These moments feel disjointed for us all. I hope you are taking your time and are having much need self-care.”
Her pics was similar to one posted on Instagram by Olivia Wilde, 36, of her daughter doing home work.

The Booksmart director – who also has a son – joked: “How long before she realises I’m out of activities already? (Day 1 of school closure and it’s literally just a Saturday).”
Another famous face taking a tongue-in-cheek approach to the situation was Elizabeth Banks.
The Hunger Games actress, 46, responded to a day with her kids at home by treating herself to some pampering and a drink.
A picture shared to Instagram showed her in leopard print pyjamas, with a towel round her head and a cool beverage in her hand.

The mother-of-two wrote: “Hot shower, cozy PJs, a hair mask, tequila and this mantra: Keep Calm.”
Similarly, Kim Kardashian was trying to keep her four children entertained while cooped up inside.
On her Instagram Story, the TV star, 39, filmed daughter North, son Saint, daughter Chicago and baby son Psalm building a fort out of cardboard boxes in the luxury home she shares with husband Kanye West.
Behind the camera, she said: “This is the ultimate fort. Oh, I see you hanging out there. Let’s go see what’s in there."

Delighted that her mother was coming to look inside, her eldest child exclaimed: “Mommy’s coming inside.”
Meanwhile, Mariah Carey, 49, taught her two children to wash their hands properly while singing to her hit Fantasy.
In a clip shared to TikTok – and subsequently Twitter – the trio could be seeing dancing around the sink in a very luxurious bathroom.
She wrote: “Washing our hands to 20 seconds of Ol' Dirty Bastard! Stay safe everybody!”
