We all love new gin to try out, and it doesn’t hurt if the packaging is to die for either.

Especially if that gin happens to be pink.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard in the Hamptons, US, has not only created a pink gin that comes in a bottle of beauty beyond our wildest dreams, but in a twist to tradition, is also made from rosé wine.

The family-owned sustainable vineyard often stocks classic boozes with a twist such as their rosé cider.

But nothing has been quite as popular as the Wölffer Pink Gin.

To make it, Wölffer Estate Rosé wine is distilled to be used as the gin’s base while the drink’s main flavouring comes from juniper berried hand picked from the bushes on the vineyard’s estate.

And it’s not all about looks – apparently anise, fennel, coriander, cumin, and cardamom are also added along with fresh Mint also from its garden into a German copper pot to be distilled.

Each bottle costs $34 (£25) but tragically appears to be currently sold out.

Though the Vineyard recently said in an Instagram post that a second batch is “coming soon”, so keep a sharp eye on its page.
