There's good news for those still wanting to satisfy their chocolate cravings but in a more mindful way post-festive season, as Cadbury has just unveiled its new low-calorie nougat bar range.
At only 91 calories each, Cadbury Delights are now available in Salted Caramel, Hazelnut Flavour & Caramel and Orange & Caramel. Yum.
The five-bar packs costing £1.99 are available exclusively from Asda this January, but will roll out to other major food retailers from February.

The delightful treats have been developed with "taste and flavour front of mind" and come come with a soft nougat filling and caramel layer inside for "permissible indulgence", coated in the Cadbury's chocolate "we all know and love".
Following on from Cadbury's 2020 pledge to help consumers make healthier, informed choices – meaning all bars sold in a multipack are under 200 calories – this will be its first treat under 100 calories made for adults.
Other big brands with lower-calorie chocolate bar options include the Nestlé KitKat with 106 per two fingers, a 21.5 g Milky Way bar from Mars with 96 calories, and packet of 37g Maltesers from Mars with 186.
The ideal daily intake of calories varies depending on age, metabolism and levels of physical activity. But generally speaking, the recommended daily calorie intake is 2,000 calories a day for women and 2,500 for men, according to the NHS.
So, meeting the demand of mindful self-eating, as many as 81% say they would buy the new Cadbury Delights. Would you?

The Salted Caramel bars have a milk chocolate with soft vanilla flavour nougat, rice crisp centre and a layer of salted caramel, the Orange & Caramel bars have a milk chocolate with soft orange flavoured nougat, rice crisp centre and a layer of caramel, and the Hazelnut Flavour & Caramel have a milk chocolate with soft hazelnut flavour nougat, rice crisp centre and a layer of caramel.
