Brooklyn Beckham's wedding: The lowdown on Nicola Peltz's dress
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz tied the knot this weekend and fans are soaking up every little detail from their lavish big day, including the bride's incredible dress.
Ahead of the wedding, Peltz, 27, revealed she and celeb stylist Leslie Fremar had been to Rome twice to work closely with Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli to create her bridal looks.
But now the first images of her custom gown have been released and it is every bit as beautiful as expected.
The simple yet elegant floor-skimming satin column gown featured a square neckline, a fitted waist and a billowing train which was layered underneath an intricately embroidered veil.
She complimented the chic look with elegant French lace gloves, but instead of typically dainty bridal heels, she opted for surprisingly chunky square-toe platform shoes.

The Holidate actor kept her bridal beauty look effortless with her platinum blonde hair pulled into an elegant half up-do, while her make-up was said to be based on the look of 90s supermodel Claudia Schiffer.
Official photographs released by Vogue reveal some further dress design details including a daring backless design fastened with an oversized satin bow.
The one element of the meticulously planned bridalwear that remained a surprise was the newly-wed's “something blue”.
This turned out to be an evil eye and a sweet message from her mother, Claudia Heffner Peltz, which was sewn into the skirt lengths of her heavy Valentino gown in blue thread.

Before her big day, Peltz had disclosed that her bridal gown was the result of several trips to Rome to hone the details of her dress, but remained tight-lipped about exactly what she had chosen.
"We've been to Rome twice, watching everyone in the atelier, they're just so talented," she told CR Fashion Handbook in November.
"The first time I went to Rome, I brought my mom and my brother Brad, who's actually my man of honour, and then Leslie Fremar who's one of my best friends in the whole world. It is really a beautiful thing to be a part of, and it's very exciting."

But images, which Peltz and Beckham shared on Instagram last night, show the beautiful custom Valentino wedding dress in all its simple elegance.
The design was a clean, modern take on some of the more frothy bridal gowns. From the front it was notable in its chic simplicity, but from the back the tied bow added a more dramatic detail, with the veil overlay adding yet more intricate embellishment.
The new bride thanked her design team for helping her put together her "dream" look.
"My dream dress thank you @lesliefremar @maisonvalentino," she wrote in the accompanying caption to some images revealing her gown.

Vogue also shared an image of the beautiful bride along with the caption: "It's the stuff modern fairytales are made of. On 9 April 2022, @NicolaAnnePeltz and @BrooklynBeckham said 'I do' in a spectacular wedding ceremony at the Peltz family's oceanfront home in Palm Beach."
This isn't the first time Peltz has turned to Valentino, having opted to wear a custom design by the house to the Met Gala last September with her then fiancé Beckham.
The hot pink gown featured an empire-waist and was embellished with sequins. On that occasion she also chose to team the dress with elbow-length opera gloves.
