Beyoncé finally shares a closer look at her couture vow renewal dress
Beyoncé is certainly not one to make a subtle announcement (that pregnancy shoot is sure to make the history books) but one milestone the singer has managed to keep under wraps is her and husband Jay-Z’s vow renewal.
Back in June 2018, the power couple – who tied the knot in April 2008 – celebrated their love once more with their children, six-year-old Blue Ivy and 19-month-old twins, Sir and Rumi, in attendance.
But it wasn’t until the mother-of-three shared a retrospective clip of 2018 via Instagram that fans finally caught a glimpse of her second wedding dress.

Eagle-eyed followers noted that one of the social media clips depicts Beyoncé embracing Jay-Z in a sweeping cold-shoulder gown. Beehive members will also be pleased to learn that rumours of the singer choosing a number by Isreali designer Galia Lahav for her big day are in fact, true.
The couturier took to Instagram to share the first full-length photograph of the 37-year-old wearing the gown alongside the caption: “We’re in love all over again!”
Known as the ‘Thelma’ gown, the dress hails from the brand’s ‘Victorian Affinity’ collection and features billowing sleeves and sheer panels. The number was inspired by Queen Victoria’s 1840 wedding gown and boasts a Swarovski-embellished corset and heavily-embellished train.

Fans were first given a sneak preview of the dress back in June, when Beyoncé shared a video of the couple’s vow renewal ceremony featured in a video montage played during their 2018 On the Run II tour.
Her mother, Tina Knowles Lawson, later shared a screenshot from her daughter’s ceremony giving fans an even closer look at the mystery gown. Interestingly, for the singer’s 2008 nuptials, Beyoncé wore a dress designed by her mum.

Though she isn’t the only A-list bride to give fans inspiration in recent months, as Miley Cyrus wed Liam Hemsworth back in December wearing Vivienne Westwood.
