Ashley Graham shares breastfeeding photo, talks home birth: 'I feel like there's nothing I can't do'
Ashley Graham just shared the sweetest snapshot of her breastfeeding her newborn baby.
The model and her husband, Justin Ervin, welcomed their first child, a boy, on January 18 and Ashley has been keeping fans updated about the couple’s first few weeks of parenthood.
In the image Ashley is seen cradling the baby as he feeds as new dad, Justin proudly looks on and gently strokes his son’s head.
“I remember holding Isaac for the first time and telling Justin, ‘Now we’re family forever’,” the mum-of-one wrote in the accompanying caption.
“I have so many reasons to be grateful; all of the love and support from this amazing community, an incredible husband, and a beautiful baby who has opened my eyes to just how amazing this world really is.”
The picture share came as Ashley earlier revealed she had given birth to her first child at home, in a birthing pool.
In the latest episode of her podcast, Pretty Big Deal, the couple also introduced their son to the world and revealed his name for the first time - Isaac Menelik Giovanni Ervin.
Following her baby’s public debut, the new mum opened up about her birth experience, telling viewers she’d felt inspired.

Reflecting on the episode on Instagram, Graham wrote: “Couldn't hold back my tears on today's @prettybigdealpod episode. Nothing prepares you for just how magical and intense giving birth is.
“Holding my baby for the first time is a moment I'll never forget. Such a special moment in my life deserved a BIG announcement!” she continued.
The 32-year-old model went on to share with her viewers that she opted to give birth at home, an experience that has ultimately boosted her confidence.
“Now, I have to say now though that I gave birth and I did it naturally and I felt everything, I feel like there's nothing I can't do,” she explained.
“Like, there's nothing that could come way where I say, ‘Oh, that's too hard I can't handle that.’ I went through labouring for six hours, naturally.”
She went on to joke: “At home. Right there. In a big ol' pool. Don't worry, it wasn't on the carpet.”

While discussing the subject of birth, the new mum explained that she was thankful that she chose the home birth route because it enabled her to have more control over the situation.
“If I would have had the birth at a hospital, I think my anxiety would have been through the roof,” she told her baby’s dad.
“But because I was here, the lights were dim, it was a chill environment, I got to eat whatever food I wanted to, I got to be in bed, I could be in the pool.”
Her husband, 31, was also moved by the experience.
“To go straight from the pool to the bed with our son and just hold him, what a bond,” he said.
The couple first announced details of Isaac’s birth on Monday.
Sharing a black and white image of Ashley holding the tot’s hand she wrote: “At 6:00PM on 1/18/2020 we welcomed 7lbs 5oz of love into our world.
“Meeting our son has made our heart incredibly full.”
Aww congratulations guys.
