Amanda Holden reveals secret to staying motivated with exercise: 'The deal I struck'
Amanda Holden has revealed that while she isn't a "slave" to any fitness regime, she does have a secret to staying motivated with exercise.
The TV star, 52, runs four miles three times a week, practices Kundalini yoga and does body weight workouts to "build core strength".
Speaking to The Times, the mother-of-two insisted that she trains for herself and not to please anybody else.
She explained: "I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink."
Holden continued: "But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter.
"And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity.”
