Kane could be out for the season - Pochettino
Harry Kane could miss the remainder of the season after the Tottenham and England striker limped off during the UEFA Champions League quarter-final victory over Manchester City on Tuesday night.
Kane collided with Fabian Delph just before the hour mark and seemed to roll his ankle, before Son scored the only goal of the game, but despite the win manager Mauricio Pochettino could not hide his disappointment.
“Same ankle and similar issue. Very very very sad, very disappointed. It’s going to be tough. We’re going to miss him maybe for the rest of the season and that is a worry for us and a worry for him.

“It’s going to be tough. Hopefully it is not a big issue but there isn’t too much time for recovery. He twisted his ankle and we’ll see how he reacts in the next few of hours.”
After the full-time whistle Pochettino spoke to Delph about the incident.
“He was very disappointed in that situation, but he didn’t realise Harry’s intention wasn’t to tackle him. I think in the end he was lucky to not get a red card.
“I think in the action, both were very strong in the action, but both didn’t have the intention to make damage to the other.”
Talking about the result Pochettino described it as an unbelievable game, but added there’s “still 90 minutes to play.
“It was an unbelievable game, so tough. Of course happy because of the performance and the result. Manchester (City) are still favourites.
“Of course there’s still the second leg in Manchester, it’s going to be tough. We are happy, I think we showed great quality and the performance was good, but there’s still 90 minutes to play.
“Yes I think it was a very good game, we were all excited and very motivated to play this game. The energy was very good.
“The penalty save I think gave the belief to us. Many positive things after the last few months. I think playing in the spirit we played in today anything is possible.”
