The weekend is almost here which means there will be time to enjoy the best there is to offer on TV, with several exciting new films coming to streaming.
Disney+ and Prime Video will be offering viewers the chance to watch some of the biggest blockbuster hits of the year like Avatar 2, and even the quiet yet powerful Living.
Here is everything you need to know about the new films that will be available to stream this weekend.
Creed III | Prime Video (pick of the week)
Michael B. Jordan's directorial debut lands on Prime Video on Friday, 9 June, and the actor returns for a third round as boxer Adonis "Donnie" Creed who is forced to face the misdeeds of his past when his childhood friend Damian Anderson (Jonathan Majors) returns to his life after years spent in prison.

The action-packed drama is astounding in a number of ways, firstly it is a visual spectacle that shows off Jordan's unique vision as a director, while the emotional narrative will deliver a gut-punch as Donnie comes to terms with how his actions impacted Damian.
Creed III is the first film in the Rocky universe not to feature Sylvester Stallone as the Italian Stallion, but thanks to the stunning action and moving performances from Jordan and Majors it doesn't feel like the movie is missing something without him.
Avatar: The Way of Water | Disney+
James Cameron's long-awaited follow-up to 2009's Avatar has arrived on Disney+ for anyone who missed it in cinemas, or wish to see it again.

Avatar: The Way of Water returns to the world of Pandora where protagonists Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) and their family are driven from their home by humans trying to claim their land and they seek refuge with the water tribe of Metkayina.
The film was certainly a long-time coming and was just as big a hit as the first Avatar when it was released in cinemas over a decade ago, so it is definitely another major release of the week.
Flamin' Hot | Disney+
Eva Longoria makes her directorial debut with a film about the unlikely story of the creation of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, yes you read that right.
The film has been hailed by critics for its charm and its emotional story centred around Richard Montanez (Jesse Garcia), the Frito-Lay janitor who invented the snack.
Living | Prime Video
Living is one of the less flashy films arriving on streaming this week but it is no less exciting. The drama was hailed by critics and also earned star Bill Nighy both a BAFTA and Oscar nomination, and will no doubt be an emotional watch for many viewers.
Penned by Nobel prize winner Kazuo Ishiguro, who adapted it from Akira Kurosawa's Ikiru, the film follows Bill Nighy's Rodney Williams (Nighy) a London county councilman facing a fatal illness by choosing not to wallow in despair but live out his days with as much joy as he can.
The best films to watch on TV this weekend
While there are several new films to enjoy coming to streaming, there is also plenty on UK TV for those looking for something that doesn't require a monthly subscription plan (well, almost).

The BBC will offer viewers the chance to watch some of the biggest hits of recent years like A Star is Born and Paddington 2, while classics like Titanic, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Jumanji are also on the cards over the weekend.
Sky is also offering a few interesting films to watch this weekend, like Timothee Chalamet's star-turning drama, Call Me By Your Name.
