Guess who?! Brit actress is transformed into an elderly gent

She’s made some pretty dazzling transformations in her career, but this is truly going the extra mile for her craft.

In what must involve hours upon hours in make-up, Tilda Swinton has turned herself into an elderly gent for her new movie project ‘Suspiria’.

The 56-year-old actress piled on the decades for the shoot in Berlin, and seemed entirely convincing as someone who looks like your granddad.

The glasses, the whispy white hair, the woollen tie and the tank top really complete the look. All she needs is a pocket full of Werther’s Original.

‘Suspiria’ is a remake of the 1977 Italian horror classic of the same name, made by the legendary Dario Argento.

This version is being helmed by Luca Guadagnino, with whom Swinton worked on ‘A Bigger Splash’ in 2015.

Swinton plays Madame Blanc, the director of a prestigious dance academy in Germany with some very dark secrets.

Who the elderly male character is in the movie is not clear, but he goes by the name of Lutz Ebersdorf.

Joining the cast with her are Dakota Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, and Mia Goth.

Swinton has often transformed herself for movies, most recently to play Madame D in Wes Anderson’s ‘Grand Budapest Hotel’.

She also played David Bowie in 2013, in the video for his track ‘The Stars (Are Out Tonight)’, and who could forget her bizarre, Minister Mason from ‘Snowpiercer’, a character she said was a mix of Margaret Thatcher, Colonel Gaddafi, Adolf Hitler and Silvio Berlusconi, but with a thick Lancashire accent.
