We know that Black Widow and The Eternals are close to shooting, so we expect they’ll be taking the May and November 2020 release slots respectively.
Black Widow is reportedly shooting in the U.K. from June this year, with Scarlett Johansson reprising her role, alongside Florence Pugh, Rachel Weisz, and David Harbour, in what is likely to be an Avengers: Endgame prequel.
The cosmic-sounding The Eternals, rumoured to star Angelina Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Dong-seok Ma, and Richard Madden, also looks set to film in the U.K. from September.
Then, from 2021 we’re back to a three Marvel Studios movies per year rhythm.
Other MCU films currently in development, but yet to be officially dated by Disney, include Shang-Chi, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Doctor Strange 2, Black Panther 2, Ant-Man 3, Captain Marvel 2, and Thor 4.

Of course, there’s the incoming X-Men and Fantastic Four films to think about, and the upcoming Disney+ MCU shows too.
Throw in Sony Pictures’ Marvel slate including another Tom Holland-led Spider-Man solo film, 2020’s Morbius and Venom 2, plus an animated Spider-Verse sequel, and it looks like Marvel fans have a lot to look forward to over the next few years.
