Amazon is set to unveil one of its most high-profile original series this month, when the first season of The Wheel of Time arrives on the platform. Based on Robert Jordan's dense, high fantasy novels, it's a blockbuster production starring Rosamund Pike.
Elsewhere, Liam Neeson thriller The Marksman is joining the streamer and there's a new documentary looking at the life and career of boxer Nicola Adams.
On the small screen front, Judge Judy is back as one of the highlights of the new IMDb TV platform.

The Marksman (5 November)
Liam Neeson continues to be one of the most reliable and prolific action movie leading men on the planet, despite the fact he's now 69 years old and keeps threatening to retire from the genre. His latest actioner is The Marksman, in which he portrays a former Marine and Vietnam vet now managing a ranch on the Mexican border.

He soon finds himself as the protector of a Mexican boy who has fled into the USA in order to escape the drug cartel on his tail.
Lioness: The Nicola Adams Story (12 November)
Nicola Adams has had a remarkable journey, becoming a trailblazer as one of the few out and proud gay Black women at the top of elite sport. She won gold medals at two successive Olympic Games and retired from the ring with an undefeated record. This documentary from Helena Coan explores her life, upbringing and her exceptional successes inside and outside of the squared circle.
Queenpins (26 November)
With a fun cast led by Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste, this crime-comedy focuses on women who decide to make some money with a scam involving coupon clipping. The rest of the ensemble includes the likes of Vince Vaughn, Bebe Rexha, Joel McHale and Paul Walter Hauser.

Soho Theatre Live S2 (5 November)
Some of the UK's finest comedians take to the stage in Central London for another run of this stand-up showcase. Among the names to be featured are Taskmaster's Desiree Burch, Catherine Bohart, Sindhu Vee and the ventriloquist Nina Conti.
Tampa Baes (5 November)
This eight-episode reality series follows a group of LGBT+ friends as they navigate life in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. Melissa Bidwell, the showrunner, said when the show was announced that the cast is "truly dynamic, refreshing and unlike any I’ve worked with".
Judy Justice (9 November via IMDb TV)
After 25 years of presenting Judge Judy on CBS, Judith Sheindlin has moved across to the new IMDb TV service, but has taken her courtroom expertise and entertaining persona with her. Judy Justice has been advertised as a flashier and more stylish incarnation of the brand of programme Sheindlin has presented for many years.
Always Jane (12 November)
A four-part docuseries following a pivotal time in the life of transgender teenager and model Jane Noury, focusing on her family in an intimate coming-of-age story.
Curse of the Chippendales (12 November)
Curse of the Chippendales casts an analytical eye over the history of the 1980s dance troupe, known for their racy, all-male routines. This true crime series delves into some of the darker elements of their history, including the deaths and murder plots that became a part of the group's legacy.
Everybody Loves Natti (19 November)
Dominican reggaeton superstar Natti Natasha takes centre stage in this six-part documentary, which peeks behind the scenes of her rise to fame and the demands of that fame. She's a social media megastar, with more than 75 million followers across various platforms, but this series provides a level of intimacy she has not previously allowed.
The Wheel of Time (E1-3 on 19 November, then weekly)
Robert Jordan's epic series of 14 fantasy novels brings its knotty mythology and epic scale to the big screen, with this glossy endeavour from Survivor contestant turned telly writer Rafe Judkins. Rosamund Pike leads the cast as magic user Moiraine, who embarks upon a journey with five young people, believing one of them to be the reincarnation of a powerful being.
Hanna S3 (24 November)
Based on the 2011 movie, this thriller series reaches its third season, which has been described by showrunner David Farr as "the final act", shooting predominantly in the Czech Republic. Esme Creed-Miles returns in the title role.
