The recruiting trail was quick for Forsythe, who was offered by Xavier in May and was on campus last week. The 6-foot-5, 190-pound wing from Westtown School in Norristown, Pennsylvania is tabbed as the No. 1 overall recruit in Pennsylvania for the Class of 2025, according to the 247Sports' Composite Rankings.
Forsythe averaged 12.6 points and 2.9 rebounds per game on the Nike EYBL circuit in the spring, showcasing his ability to knock down shots from three-point range.
Forsythe's offer sheet included double-digit Division I programs. He was scheduled to visit Xavier's Big East rival Butler on Friday.
Xavier now has two commitments in the Class of 2025 as Forsythe joins Nyk Lewis, one of the top recruits from Washington, D.C., who committed last month.
