The Detroit Tigers will have a home playoff game at Comerica Park for the first time in just more than 10 years.

The Tigers blasted away at the Houston Astros on Wednesday to win Game 2, 5-2, to sweep their American League wild-card series, 2-0.

Here's when the Tigers play at Comerica and how to buy tickets.

The Tigers will host the Cleveland Guardians in Game 3 of the best-of-five ALDS next Wednesday, Oct. 9. They would also host Game 4 the following day, if necessary.

The Tigers last hosted a postseason game Oct. 5, 2014, a gut-wrenching 2-1 loss resulting in a sweep by the Baltimore Orioles in Game 3 of the ALDS. David Price threw eight innings of two-run ball for the Tigers, who were shut down by Orioles starter Bud Norris. A ninth-inning rally — and the season — ended when Hernán Pérez grounded into a double play. It was also the end of the era of the Tigers' pitching aces, as Max Scherzer left for Washington in free agency.
