Robb needed attention from the safety crew and was loaded into an ambulance. He gave a thumbs-up to the crowd.

Julia Vaizer, IndyCar's medical chief, said post-race that Robb was airlifted to a hospital but was awake and alert. Robb's team says he’s in good spirits and there’s no concerns of serious injury.

The other drivers appeared to be OK.

Will Power won the race, finishing just ahead of Alex Palou at the checkered flag.
