LSU football vs UCLA: Score, live updates from Power Four matchup at Tiger Stadium

BATON ROUGE — For the second time in the first four weeks of the young 2024 college football season, LSU football is matching up with a Power Four team, making it one of few teams to do so on the Power Four level.

The No. 16 Tigers (2-1) welcome UCLA (1-1) to Tiger Stadium Saturday afternoon (2:30 p.m., ABC). LSU faced UCLA at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California three season ago with the Bruins winning, 38-27.

Brian Kelly and the Tigers are coming off a dramatic, rallying win at South Carolina last week in which they trailed by 17 points early before outscoring the Gamecocks 36 to 16 the rest of the way to escape with the victory, 36-33, for their first SEC win.

The Bruins limp into Baton Rouge after getting ran out of their home stadium 42-13 by Indiana in the program's inaugural Big Ten game. UCLA struggled with Hawaii in the season opener as the DeShaun Foster era in Los Angeles is off to a rough start.
