The Cleveland Browns continue to get good news surrounding their star running back Nick Chubb and his recovery from a torn ACL. Now entering Week 2 of their training camp Chubb remains on the Physically Unable to Perform list, but perhaps not for long.

During her training camp recap video for Cleveland dot com (right around the seven-minute mark), Browns insider Mary Kay Cabot stated that the Browns are now expected to activate their star running back off of the PUP list "at some point during this camp."

This would mean Chubb will be ready for Week 1 when Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys come to town. For a player who tore apart his knee and had two surgeries all in less than one year, this would be a miraculous turnaround that only someone like Chubb could prove to do.

As he enters the last year of his deal in Cleveland, Chubb reserves the right to prove he is the exception. The Browns are giving him that shot and he has attacked his recovery the only way that he knows how.

Imagine the scene now at Cleveland Browns Stadium if Nick Chubb runs out of the tunnel in pads in just about one month from now.
