Falcons 53-man roster and practice squad entering Week 2

The Atlanta Falcons are 0-1 on the season following Sunday's loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, but there's still plenty of time to get things on track. On Tuesday, the team finally filled its last roster spot, signing veteran offensive tackle Brandon Parker.

The former third-round pick gives Atlanta a 10th offensive lineman and legit backup to Jake Matthews. The team had been without a 53rd player since trading quarterback Taylor Heinicke to the Los Angeles Chargers a few weeks ago. Despite speculation that a much bigger move was coming, the Falcons settled on Parker to add more depth in the offensive trenches.

As for the practice squad, the team has filled all 16 practice squad spots while carrying a 17th member, Kenny Oginni, as part of the NFL's International Player program. Check out the Falcons’ updated 53-man roster and practice squad below:
