Blake Woodby, a top-100 player in 2025, becomes fourth Auburn football commit at Big Cat
AUBURN — A top-100 player in the Class of 2025 has committed to Auburn football.
Four-star cornerback Blake Woodby pledged Saturday to the Tigers at Big Cat Weekend. The 5-foot-10.5, 175-pound Woodby is rated by the 247Sports Composite as the No. 100 player in 2025. He's also tabbed as the No. 11 cornerback in the nation, and the No. 3 player in the state of Maryland, where he attends St. Frances Academy.
Woodby is teammates with three-star defensive athlete Bryce Deas, who committed to Auburn in June.
The Tigers now have four cornerbacks in 2025, as Woodby joins four-star prospects Devin Williams and Donovan Starr and three-star recruit Dante Core. Deas is versatile, given his listing as a defensive athlete, but he can also play some in the defensive backfield.
Woodby chose Auburn over Maryland and Oregon.
