Alabama football's Kalen DeBoer updates status of Kadyn Proctor ahead of Wisconsin game
Alabama football's Kadyn Proctor has been practicing ahead of the Crimson Tide's matchup at Wisconsin on Saturday and is "doing really well," coach Kalen DeBoer said on Wednesday during the SEC coaches weekly teleconference.
DeBoer also added that punt returner Cole Adams is doubtful vs. Wisconsin but that offensive lineman Elijah Pritchett is in a good spot. Adams suffered an upper extremity injury in the fourth quarter vs. USF while Pritchett suffered a "minor ding" vs. Western Kentucky.

Proctor has been practicing this week with the team and has "done a nice job" ahead of its game against the Badgers.
"He's been practicing," DeBoer said on Wednesday. "He's doing well, doing a good job. Really was headed in a good direction right at the very end of last week and turned the corner I think there. (He) is in a good spot here, done a nice job here in the first two days of practice."
Proctor sustained a shoulder injury during pregame warmups ahead of the season opener vs. Western Kentucky. Proctor participated in pregame warmups before leaving the field with trainers shortly after, only to return in street clothes and watch the game from the sideline. Proctor also came out in full uniform ahead of the South Florida game but ultimately returned to the field in street clothes prior to kickoff.

Pritchett played in Proctor's place vs. Western Kentucky, while Tyler Booker shifted to left tackle vs. South Florida and Geno VanDeMark manned Booker's usual position at left guard.
