2024 Indiana Miss Basketball: These two players emerge as favorites

The Scorers Table: Episode 7 (Miss Basketball). See more at YouTube.com/@IndyStarHank.

The 2024 IndyStar Miss Basketball race took a turn a couple weeks ago with both Bedford North Lawrence (Chloe Spreen) and Noblesville (Reagan Wilson) winning their respective sectionals to advance to regionals, then another last Saturday when Wilson and the Millers beat Jordyn Poole and Fort Wayne Snider for the second time in three seasons to reach semistate (Spreen and the Stars lost to Center Grove).

That seemingly leaves Spreen and Wilson as the favorites to win Miss Basketball based on their bodies of work, but there are a few others worth taking into consideration, including Poole, whose resume includes last season's semistate run.

Here's a final look at the Miss Basketball race. As a reminder, Miss Basketball is voted upon by the state's coaches and media.
