Natalie Ringold, an elementary school teacher based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, often shares tips with fellow teachers online. But her advice to her students on being kind struck a chord, going viral!

"If somebody can't change something about themselves in 30 seconds or less, then you shouldn't be mentioning it to them," said Natalie, as she outlined her powerful message.
