Where does the royal baby fit in the family tree?
The British Royal Family's history dates back centuries and things can get a little complicated along the line.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are getting ready to welcome the latest arrival to the firm, but where does the baby fit within the family tree?
The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh head up the family as they are Harry's grandparents, they will be great-grandparents to his child. The little one will be their eighth great-grandchild.
Harry's father Prince Charles will welcome his fourth grandchild when he or she arrives. He's already a grandpa to older son William and his wife Kate's three children, George, five, Charlotte, three, and 11-month-old Louis. Charles' wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall will be a step-grandmother.
The royal baby will have plenty of playmates in the form of cousins - George, Charlotte and Louis.
Meghan and Harry are set to move to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, but their office will be based in London, which means plenty of play dates for the youngest royals.
And then that means that William and Kate will be the child's uncle and aunt. The Cambridges already have a nephew on Kate's side of the family - Pippa Middleton gave birth to her and James Matthews' first child Arthur in October 2018.
Meghan's mother Doria Ragland, who lives in the US, will be the baby's maternal grandmother. Thomas Markle, who is divorced from Doria, will be the baby's maternal grandfather but he and Meghan have not spoken since the royal wedding last year.
