Breasteses…we all have them but for some reason we are always made to feel ashamed of them.

They're too big, they're not big enough, they're not even, they're not perky, they're too perky, the list goes on. In fact just having breasts at all is SO 2015 according to Vogue

And now the Plastic Surgery Group have published their cosmetic trend for predictions for 2017 and guess what, it's not your boobs that are the 'problem', it's your nipples.

"We have seen a 30% rise in women requesting a smaller nipple size in the last year."

Go take your big nipples down to the local Oxfam, because apparently 2017 is the year that we are all going to trade them in for for a smaller, sleeker pair. A bit like your Dad when he goes through his late stage mid life crisis and buys a two-seater sports car, except with your nipples…

But it gets worse

"We found that patients with smaller-sized nipples rated high in attractiveness than those with larger nipples." Well thanks for that Consultant plastic surgeon Mo Akhavani.

Should we just delete our Tinder profile now? Should we live a life of solitude, in fear of someone discovering that our nipples have not been deemed 'attractive'?

NO WE BLOODY SHOULDN'T.

Your nipples are part of your human anatomy. We have them so that we can breastfeed, not so people can judge us on the size of them. Big, small, or somewhere in-between,you just do you.
