Strictly Come Dancing star vomits live on air with TV show forced to cut to break
Former Strictly Come Dancing star Tyler West wasn’t having the best time on Wednesday night as he vomited into a bucket live on air while taking part as a guest on Big Brother ’s Late and Live. During the spin off show, Tyler was joined alongside last year’s finalist Yinrun and presenter and DJ, Harriet Rose. One segment of the show saw the panel take on a disgusting challenge alongside host Will Best.
In the challenge, the celebrities were given three white cups, two filled with coke, and two with fish sauce. The celebrity who got the wrong cup was going to be placed into the cage during the advert break, however, Tyler, who teamed up with host Will, faced a bigger punishment, as he began to vomit into a champagne bucket.
It was obvious Tyler and Will had gotten the fish sauce by the faces they began to pull, however, things went up a notch for Tyler, who began to gag. While Will said the fish sauce was “so salty” Tyler could be seen signalling to someone backstage, before walking out of the camera shot.

“Tyler come back!” Will could be heard exclaiming as he realised what was going on, before questioning: “Is he actually going to be sick?” The camera then panned to the television presenter, who could be seen vomiting into a champagne bucket.
The show then cut to an ad break, but it seemed the star had recovered as he and Will walked towards their cage during the break for their punishment. The moment had the internet in disbelief, as Big Brother fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter to discuss.
“Tyler spewing with the fish sauce!!!” exclaimed one, while another laughed: “Hahahahaha poor Tyler throwing up lmao. No one book him for I'm A Celebrity if he can't even handle a sip of fish sauce."
Tyler is no stranger to reality TV having starred in Strictly Come Dancing in 2022, with professional partner Dianne Buswell. The star impressed both judges and audiences, until being eliminated in week 9.
On Wednesday night, the former CBBC presenter gave his opinions on this years dramatic Big Brother series, which has already seen two live evictions. Friday will see the third of the series, in which Nathan, Izaaz, Khaled and Marcello will face the public vote, after a huge twist saw the housemates nominate in pairs instead of individually for the first time.
