Strictly 2024: What time is Strictly Come Dancing on BBC One tonight?
Strictly Come Dancing is well underway, a sure sign that autumn has arrived, and the celebrities will be getting ready to take to the dancefloor. It has been a rocky few months for the flagship BBC One show, which was surrounded by controversy over how some professional dancers treat their celebrity partners and now scandal over the perceived behaviour of Welsh celebrity Wynne Evans.
Among the celebrities competing for the glitterball is Welsh star Wynne, who is partnered with Katya Jones. They are impressing both the judges and viewers at home in the competition, with Wynne being labelled as a "dark horse" for the series.
However, there has since been controversy when Wynne placed his hand on Katya's stomach and she appeared to awkwardly remove it. Katya also seemed to ignore him during the show and refused to give him a high five. Both Katya and Wynne have apologised for the incidents calling them a "misjudged" inside joke.

Welsh professional dancer Amy Dowden has also made a fantastic return to the dancefloor after she missed the 2023 series after being diagnosed with and undergoing treatment for breast cancer. She is partnered with boyband member JB Gill.
However, Amy will be missing from the dance floor this week as she was taken ill last Saturday. Instead JB will be dancing with professional dancer Lauren Oakley and Amy hopes to return to Strictly soon.
