We love seeing all that former Great British Sewing Bee winner Annie Phillips makes – and her latest sewing project is no exception! We were blown away by her transformation of two pairs of straight leg jeans into stylish barrel legs.

The former Sewing Bee winner took to her Instagram to share a video of her latest project. In the reel, she cuts down the side of each pair of jeans, before stitching the darker pair into the lighter pair to create a stripe on the outside leg.

Annie finishes off the video by trying on her stylish new jeans, now cut into an on-trend barrel leg shape.

Alongside the video, Annie wrote in the caption: "Loving this shape jeans atm, so for me this is a great way to #upcycle old jeans to get the look".

Fans were quick to share how much they loved Annie's latest project, with @jessyloulou commenting "So clever" and @jane.dwyer.100 commenting "You're a genius! Love these especially on you!".

This isn't the first upcycling project of Annie's that we've loved. We were so impressed by her hack to transform a jumper and her bag made from fabric scraps was so stylish!

We can't wait to see what Annie makes next!
