Rebekah Vardy hits out at Ant and Dec over 'lame' I'm A Celeb jokes about her
Rebekah Vardy is back in the UK just in time to see Coleen Rooney break her silence on the ‘Wagatha Christie’ drama on I’m A Celeb. The WAG, 42, has returned home after taking a week out in Dubai with her footballer husband Jamie Vardy - and immediately addressed some of the jokes about her on the show, including a dig at show hosts Ant and Dec.
Declan Donnelly, 49, opened the first show of the series, saying "Of course we've got Coleen Rooney. It'll be nice for Coleen to face a trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy." Ant McPartlin, alongside him, added: "Wahay!" But Rebekah didn't hold back in a video she recorded, saying the pair weren't squeaky clean and criticising their scripts.
Sporting a jungle hat in a clip recorded for The Sun, Becky said: "So apart from lame jokes from Ant and Dec, who have also had their fair share of scandals in the past... easy tigers - who writes their scripts anyway? - it's been a fantastic episode. Did I mention Coleen sank her boat twice? Oh dear."

Rebekah was spotted in Leicester yesterday (18 November) looking refreshed and in seemingly high spirits while running errands. The star looked very relaxed wearing sports leggings, a black puffer jacket and white trainers.
She also held a Stanley cup and had a rucksack over her shoulder. At one point, Rebekah stopped to take a phone call before escaping the cold and jumping into her black Mercedes.
Unsuprisingly, Wagatha Christie has been on everyone’s minds as a result of Coleen's appearance in the jungle, and minutes into the programme, presenter Dec referenced the clash between the two WAGs. He joked: "It will be nice for her [Coleen] to face a trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy."
After Dec's joke was made, Rebekah uploaded a throwback snap of herself relaxing in a bikini with the caption : "That feeling when you are living rent-free in people's heads [laughing emojis]." Rebekah then shared a pointed clip of US President Donald Trump talking about facing "hate". Rebekah has also told fans to 'p*ss off' after they left harsh words on an Instagram post regarding her and Coleen's feud.
In the second episode of I’m A Celeb which aired last night (Monday 18 November), Coleen opened about the trial to her campmates, GK Barry, Dean McCullough and Loose Women’s Jane Moore. The mum of four spoke about why she did what she did, she said: “I just didn’t think it would get the impact it did.
"I just done it because I was just that sick and tired of it. It was draining and it was the fact that they carried on and carried on. That was my worst nightmare, was to go to court and the thing is she was taking me to court.”
Coleen continued: “I felt ashamed going to court. I’m not that type to play things out in the public. I just felt like it was putting a whole show on for the whole world. I didn't want that. I wanted to settle it before and get it done with. What got me with the whole thing is that it became a bit of a joke and that’s what I really didn't want. It wasn't a joke for me.
"And it was like people were saying ‘oh it’s just two school girls’. No one knew the full story. That’s my story done. It gets to a point where I’m like ‘I’m not putting up with this anymore.”
