Prince William and Kate showed off their playful sides as they joined in the dancing during a visit to a cultural centre in Belize.

Kate sent Royal fans wild as a video was shared of her shimmying towards her husband, with William laughing and smiling in appreciation.

The video footage had fans speculating that the couple were treating the Caribbean tour as a 'second honeymoon'.

One fan tweeted: "Catherine is flirting with William!"

While another replied: "Almost seems like they are on a second honeymoon."

While Kate seemed entirely at ease, William gave us some slightly self-conscious hip action as he danced with organiser Laura Cacho.

Ms Cacho, 57, said of the couple: "They were shaking their waists like nobody’s business. He shook his waist to the music. He had beautiful rhythm. It was a pleasure for me.

"Kate was excellent as well and definitely has Garifuna culture in her."

Kate was the first onto the sandy dancefloor, joining local school children at the Garifuna Cultural Centre in the picturesque beach-front village of Hopkins.

But soon William couldn't resist joining in and laughed as Ms Cacho led him by the hand.

The couple's rare public display of affection even got some fans speculating that they could be planning baby number four. It would come as no surprise as Kate – already mum to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – has recently spoken of being broody.

During a visit to Copenhagen's Children's Museum last month, Kate heard about the Understanding Your Baby research project which trains health visitors to help new parents as they begin to notice and interpret their babies' behavioural cues.

After meeting with two eight-month-old baby boys and their parents, she joked: "It makes me very broody.

"William always worries about me meeting under one-year-olds. I come home saying, 'Let's have another one.'"

The couple's current trip to Belize, taken at the request of the Queen, is intended to strengthen the UK's ties with Commonwealth countries as the queen marks 70 years on the throne.

Dressed in a blue shirt and dark blue chinos, Prince William and Kate were shown around by a farmer on the second day of their eight-day trip around the Caribbean to mark the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

The Duchess opted for a stunning blue floral midi-dress by designer Tory Burch, which retails for £500, and nude platform wedge sandals by royal favourite Stuart Weitzman.
