Meghan Markle has 'been up nursing Archie all night'
Meghan Markle has largely avoided the spotlight since she and Prince Harry welcomed baby Archie Mountbatten-Windsor last month.
And while it’s been reported that the Sussexes are hiring a nanny, it seems new mum Meghan has been spending most of her time caring for son herself.
“Meghan's been up in the night nursing, feeding on demand every few hours,” royal insider Katie Nicholl told Entertainment Tonight. “Apparently he's a hungry little baby.”
Katie, who has also penned a book on the Sussexes’ relationship, went on to reveal how the duchess’ post-natal regime has been largely centred on her son’s needs.
“Meghan hasn't been hitting the gym - she hasn't been in any hurry to get back into shape,” she said.
“No hard training. No weights. She's enjoying this time, she's being gentle to herself.”

However, while the couple’s parenting style is very hands on by royal standards, they have not been completely without help.
Meghan and Harry are reportedly hiring a nanny who must sign an ‘extensive’ non-disclosure agreement.
However, while the Sussexes will have some help during the week, it’s being claimed that the unknown nanny will only work Monday to Friday, meaning Meghan and Harry want to spend as much time with their bub as they can over the weekend.
It’s also believed that the nanny won’t be on call for night shifts, with Meghan continuing to do baby Archie’s night feeds herself.
The new household addition follows the duchess’ mother Doria Ragland’s stay at Frogmore Cottage before and after her first grandchild’s arrival.
While the yoga instructor has now returned to her home in Los Angeles, her stay in Windsor was an eventful one and was even present when Archie was first introduced to the Queen.
