Love is Blind season seven is in full swing on Netflix, with viewers (read: us) eagerly awaiting the finale so we can find out which couples are still together. While we count down the days, hours, minutes until the weddings air, we've been busy keeping up with the contestants who've already left the show via social media. One such contestant is Hannah Jiles, who's found herself on the receiving end of rumours about her post-show weight loss.

For those who need to a quick catch up, Hannah pairs up with Nick Dorka in the pods, but things turn frosty between the pair while they holiday in Mexico, and then again during homestays. Ultimately – spoiler alert – Hannah decides to end things with Nick, and they go their separate ways, meaning we won't be seeing them tie the knot when the weddings air on Netflix next week.

Since leaving the show (which filmed about a year ago), Hannah has been keeping up with fans on her social media accounts, and many have noticed how different she looks since the season was filmed, with some even suggesting she's used Ozempic (more on that here) to lose weight.

"Everyone's saying I am on Ozempic," she told People magazine in an interview released on 17 October. "I did try Ozempic. Back in the spring, I tried it for two weeks... but it made me so sick I couldn't take it."

"I would take it if I could. But it [her weight loss] was just all me," she added. "It's wild that everyone just thinks I'm just a liar and stuff. I just really tried hard."

Although she said Ozempic made her unwell, other injectables have played a part in her post-show transformation. "I've gotten Botox," she told People. "I've gotten lip injections, got hair extensions, I've done things like that."

Speaking about what prompted her weight loss, Hannah explained that the insecurities she opened up about in the pods lead her to make lifestyle changes. "If weight is something that I'm super insecure about, then I need to change that. And so I just work towards it,” she said on reflection. As for what she's changed, Hannah revealed she's been "trying to move more" and re-evaluating her relationship with food.

"I still don't really like working out, but I just try to move as much as possible," she told People, revealing that she opts for workouts like Pilates and yoga over running. "It's just not me."

Hannah ended her interview by explaining that despite making tweaks to her appearance, she's still the same person. "I haven't changed who I am," she said. "I had a goal and I was going to get there."

She backed this sentiment up on Instagram, sharing a side by side comparison of herself before and after the show. "Same girl, just a healthier mindset," she wrote in the caption.
