At this time of year, so much focus is on changing our bodies. Getting rid of Christmas weight, toning up this, or this, or that.
But this is only a small part of learning to love ourselves – however much we restrict and exhaust ourselves physically to change, we can’t be truly satisfied with our bodies unless we change how we think about them.
Here are a few things you can do to start loving your body.
