GK Barry says she'll be a 'horrible person' on I'm A Celebrity ahead of ITV appearance

I'm A Celebrity kicks off tonight as Ant and Dec usher in ten celebrities for the experience of their lives. The youngest contestant from this year's crop is podcast host and social media influencer GK Barry.

The 25-year-old has previously opened up about taking part on the show, a year before signing up for the ITV1 show.

During one of her podcast episodes with I'm A Celebrity alumni Ferne McCann, Grace admitted the lack of food would alter her personality.

She told the former TOWIE star: "When I'm hungry, I become a horrible person, I'd be arguing with everyone in there, just from hunger."

In another episode, she spoke to finalist Mark Wright and revealed the key aspects to the show that she wouldn't be able to deal with.

She expressed: "I just don't think I could do, you know when you're showering, in the fountain. I couldn't deal with that.

"The thing is, Australia is hot, if you put a snake near me, I'd have a heart attack, I don't think I could do that at all."

Mark told the YouTuber that snakes slither into the camp and people have to come in to safely take them out.

Upon hearing this piece of information, Grace quipped: "I don't know why, but I always thought maybe they'd net it all off, that they'd be no snakes near you. Well now I'm definitely not doing it now that you've told me that."

Grace became a TikTok star in 2020 during lockdown and surpassed one million followers, just a year into creating her account.
