I'm A Celebrity's Giovanna Fletcher reveals incredible last-minute Valentine's Day gift from husband Tom
Giovanna Fletcher’s husband Tom has been one of her biggest fans during her stint on I’m A Celebrity.
Now, the mother-of-three has revealed the McFly singer’s incredible last-minute Valentine’s Day gift given to her in February 2004.
In last night’s episode of the ITV show – which is this year being filmed at a Welsh castle – the 35-year-old star told her fellow campmates that her musician husband, also 35, had written his band’s hit 2005 song 'All About You' for her.
She said: “Tom hadn't got me a Valentine's present so he got into the studio and just literally wrote it super quickly.
"He said it's just one of those songs that just came out and recorded a version that's just him, really beautiful and then gave me the disc for Valentine's Day."
The author, blogger and presenter added: “Our first slow dance... I remember being around his house when we were 15, his parents had gone to bed, we were downstairs in his kitchen and we were just having a cuddle.
"I said, 'We've never had a slow dance before,' so we danced on his kitchen tiles and that's the lyric... 'dancing on the kitchen tiles it's all about you'. That's where it comes from."
Later on in the programme, she told the camera in the ‘Telegraph’ that she loves “sharing it with everyone".
When the song was released, it gave McFly their third UK number one single, and it was the official Comic Relief charity single that same year.
The childhood sweethearts met aged 13 during a school assembly, and became an official item when they were 18 in 2003 – meaning they have been together for a total of 17 years.
They married in 2012, and have three young sons together, Buzz, Max and Buddy.
In a previous interview with The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, Fletcher – who is the sister of Towie star Mario Falcone – shared the secret to her long relationship.
She said: “We can be having an argument about something ridiculous and he just makes me crack up. That’s why we’ve been together for so long."
