Danny Jones fears wife will be voting for him to do disgusting trials after he left her with huge task
This year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! might not have even kicked off, but contestant Danny Jones is already worrying about the Bushtucker Trials. After a year of waiting, Danny is among the latest group of celebs to be taking on the challenge, with the McFly star joining the likes of Coleen Rooney, GK Barry and Jane Moore on this year’s show.
And while he may be an early favourite to take the title of King of the Jungle off of last year’s winner Sam Thompson, Danny, 38, has revealed that he is slightly concerned about how his loved ones at home will be placing their votes - particularly his wife Georgia, who has been tasked with moving house as he heads into the jungle.
“She might. She might be like, 'You little boy, you're going to do every trial’,” he said when asked if Georgia would be voting for him to do the trials. “I think the band will probably want to see me do some stuff, yeah. They're probably going to stitch me up.”

Meanwhile the Five Colours In Her Hair singer also added that fans can expect the fun of the show to roll over onto social media as he’s left his family in charge of his accounts. “I think I've left them in the capable hands of my social media as well, so they might be popping up on my social media every now and again,” he explained.
“And I've got my best mate and my sister looking after my social media. So I've got, like, Team Danny that are going to be, like, probably constantly taking the p*** out of me.”
The admission comes after The Voice judge revealed that his I’m A Celeb journey got off to a rocky start when he couldn’t find his passport on the day of his flight. After checking the recording studio as well as every box in his home, the singer recalled how it was in his bag all alone.
“So there's me, like I went to the drawer where I thought it was, wasn't there. Panicked, and obviously, because we're moving house, I'm emptying every single box that we've packed over the past few weeks,” he said.
“I went to the studio, because I parked my car there, and I was like, it's not in my car. I had to go back home, and then as I checked my bag that I was going to the airport with, it was sat there staring at me.”
