She was joined by her boyfriend Benjamin Mascolo, 26, where they attended the premiere of Joaquin Phoenix’s highly anticipated film, The Joker, at the Grand Sala.
And all eyes were on the 21-year-old who arrived in a very revealing ensemble.
Bella wore a ‘naked’ chainmail-style dress by Italian label Philsophy di Lorenzo Serafina, which is known for its edgy, yet romantic, style.
The crystal and metallic stud mesh asymmetric dress featured an ultra-high slit with ruffle detail, and the sheer fabric showed off her incredible figure, displaying underwear.

The sequinned ensemble also featured a luxe velvet criss cross in the back, showing off Bella’s new tattoo - which she posted about on Instagram in July - that reads “Bruised But Not Broken”.
She finished her look with a chunky grunge-style choker and strappy black open-toe sandals.
It’s not the first time the former Disney star has worn a barely-there dress. Back in 2016, the actress arrived at the Critics Choice Awards in a half-sequinned, half-sheer Steven Khalil gown.

It was similar to Bella Hadid’s famous number at the Cannes Film Festival in the same year.
The 20-year-old Hadid had the internet in a tailspin when she arrived at the premiere of the Dardenne Brother’s drama La Fille Inconnue wearing daring red Alexandre Vauthier gown with a slit that went above the thigh.
The look became the Hadid sister’s most memorable and earned her the honour of wearing the event’s sexiest outfit.
The former Disney actress is not the first celebrity to storm the red carpet in a barely-there dress.
Kendall Jenner turned heads at the Met Gala 2017 red carpet when she turned out in a glitter-flecked La Perla slip that appeared to nod to Rihanna’s infamous naked dress from the 2014 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund awards.
Her slip featured a bold cut-out across the front which exposed her toned midriff and felt true to the avant-garde theme.
She then completely outdid herself when she arrived in a sheer Alexandre Vauthier mini dress to the Cannes Film Festival in 2018, which featured gauzy, glittery fabric draped over her supermodel figure. Underneath the transparent number, she wore nude underwear - and that was it.
And who can ever forget Miley Cyrus’ shocking 2015 MTV VMAs outfit, which left little to the imagination.
Supermodel Kate Moss looked elegant in a daring sheer long-sleeves gown with leafy print as she arrived to the Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards in New York on Thursday.
She attended the star-studded event with 22-year-old fellow model Jordan Barrett, where she was honoured with the style icon award.
