Ant McPartlin's ex Lisa Armstrong seen at Strictly's Blackpool week as he celebrates birthday in the jungle
Lisa Armstrong was all smiles as she returned to her hotel after Strictly Come Dancing's Blackpool afterparty on Saturday night. The 48 year old, who has been a make-up artist on the show for 17 years, looked fabulous with her new red hair and a chic fur coat.
She paired her glamorous outerwear with jeans, a simple black top, and a Louis Vuitton handbag. Meanwhile, her ex-husband Ant McPartlin was busy kicking off the latest series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in Australia with his co-host Declan Donnelly. Ant and Lisa ended their 18-year marriage in 2018. Ant has since remarried his former personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2021, and they welcomed their first child together, son Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May.
On Monday, November 18, the TV favourite Ant celebrated his 49th birthday enjoying some quality time with his baby son, who he was seen cuddling during a beach walk. Ant was dressed for the Australian summer in a white shirt and blue shorts, along with a pair of sunglasses. Little Wilder was seen nestled into his famous dad’s chest, dressed in a white babygro.

Back in May, Ant became a dad for the first time when Anne-Marie - who is already a mum to two daughters from a previous relationship - gave birth to their son, Wilder. Revealing the news with a sweet Instagram post, where he cradled the newborn, Ant wrote: “Welcome to the family, Wilder Patrick Mcpartlin. Born, 14/05/24 at 8.54 am. Baby is beautiful, Mummy’s a legend, Sisters are over the moon. Dad’s a mess!”
While Ant has been joined by Anne Marie and Wilder in Oz, his best pal Dec also has his family Down Under with him - his wife, Ali Astall, and their two children, Isla, six, and two-year-old Jack. Earlier this year, Ant revealed that he's loving life as a dad. He told the Daily Star newspaper: "I’m really good, I’m really happy. There are lots of nappies and sleepless nights but it’s absolutely wonderful. I’m loving it. It’s been the best year."
He also admitted that he has been getting some good parenting advice from Dec. However, Dec quipped back: “I do share tips and things. They're very bad. My tips are normally: give the baby to somebody else! That's it." I’m A Celeb’s launch show on Sunday night began with Ant and Dec making jokes about Coleen Rooney’s high-profile libel trial with Rebekah Vardy.
Coleen, 38, follows Rebekah, 42, who competed in the 17th series of the reality TV show in 2017, into the Australian jungle. At the beginning of the episode, Dec said: “It will be nice for Coleen to face a trial that doesn’t involve Rebekah Vardy.”
Coleen was dubbed Wagatha Christie when she accused Rebekah, who is married to Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, of leaking her private information to The Sun in a viral post on social media. In July 2022, a judge at the High Court found the post was “substantially true”.
Along with Coleen, Dancing On Ice judge and former Strictly Come Dancing professional Oti Mabuse, N-Dubz singer Tulisa Contostavlos, Loose Women ’s Jane Moore and McFly star Danny Jones are among this year’s contestants. Also in this year’s series is Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, BBC Radio 1 star Melvin Odoom, internet personality and Loose Women host GK Barry and former Irish boxer Barry McGuigan. Following a public vote, GK Barry was chosen to face the next Bushtucker trial, titled the “vile volcano”.
I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! continues on ITV1 and ITVX.
