Premier League fixtures launched: Every fixture for 2019/20

Premier League fans can start salivating at the thought of the top flight once more; next season’s fixtures have been released.

Aston Villa, Norwich and Sheffield United are all re-joining the top flight for 2019/20 as the much-maligned fixtures computer fires out the schedule for another 380 games.

There will be a winter break in this season’s edition though, which will take place in February.

In theory, that will help Gareth Southgate’s England players - and other top flight players from abroad - deal with the heavy demands of playing for club and country.

But the release of the fixtures will have fans eagerly licking their lips at the concept of a match-up between last season’s valiant title rivals Liverpool and eventual winner Manchester City.

Those two will face off at Anfield on November 9 before the reverse fixture at the Etihad Stadium on April 4.

Meanwhile, the first Manchester derby of the season will take place at the Etihad Stadium on December 7 and once again at Old Trafford on March 7.

And for those of a Merseyside persuasion, the Toffees will face their neighbours at Anfield on December 4 before the return fixture at Goodison Park on March 14.
