Only Jordan Pickford, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and John Stones survive as England opt to rest players ahead of their final 16 game with either Japan or Colombia.
Marcus Rashford gets his start – and he is expected to line up alongside Jamie Vardy with Harry Kane given the night off.
Phil Jones and Gary Cahill appear to have been given the nod with Trent Alexander-Arnold making his first ever World Cup appearance aged only 18.
