Normal People star Daisy Edgar-Jones urges moviegoers to seek out her new film Where The Crawdads Sing in cinemas in a brand new trailer. Watch it above.
The film, based on the multi-million-selling novel and book club favourite written by Delia Owens, hits cinemas across the UK on 22 July.
The trailer is being shared as part of the Industry Trust’s Moments Worth Paying For campaign, which reminds audiences of the magical experience of watching films on the big screen.
Set in the marshland of Northern Carolina, this coming-of-age story is a cinema spectacle not to be missed.

The film centres on the mystery of Kya (Daisy Edgar-Jones) who raises herself in dangerous marshlands and finds herself at the centre of a murder investigation.
Ian George, Managing Director, Sony Pictures Entertainment, said: “All the beauty of the bestselling book Where The Crawdads Sing has been brought to life to create something very special on the big screen this summer.
"We’re thrilled at our partnership with the Industry Trust; it is a fantastic way to celebrate the unique experience filmmakers aim to create for cinema audiences. The quality of detail that has been put into this film has been done with a true passion to completely transport the audience into this visually spectacular world.
"For fans of the book and newcomers alike, this is an unmissable experience.”
Producer Reese Witherspoon says she jumped on board the adaptation after devouring the 2018 book.
“I read this novel probably in one day, maybe two days. I just couldn’t put it down,” Witherspoon told Vanity Fair earlier this year.
“I fell in love with Kya as a main character, as a little girl who’s growing up in this very rural area, who’s shunned by society, and is trying to find a way to just save herself, just survive."
Where the Crawdads Sing stars Daisy Edgar-Jones (Normal People), Taylor John Smith (Sharp Objects), Harris Dickinson (The King’s Man), Michael Hyatt (Snowfall), Sterling Macer, Jr. (Double Down), and David Strathairn (Nomadland).
Olivia Newman (First Match) directs the screenplay by Lucy Alibar (Beasts of the Southern Wild) based upon the novel by Delia Owens.
As with all the Moments Worth Paying For film partnerships, this trailer directs audiences to, FindAnyFilm.com, which gives users the many ways to book, buy and watch all their favourite films & TV shows.
