Netflix might be bringing a whole host of new shows and films to its platform in November, but that also means that it has to cut back on its back catalogue to make space for the new content.
The streaming platform will be removing a number of movies and shows new and old over the course of the month, with the most content being taken off the streamer on 1 November.

Subscribers will have to say goodbye to a number of interesting films, as well as Netflix originals. But there is still time to watch them all before they are removed.

What's leaving Netflix UK in November 2023
The biggest release that will be removed from Netflix in November is The Hunger Games film franchise, as all four movies will be removed on 1 November ahead of the release of prequel movie The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes in cinemas on 17 November.
It is not clear yet where the movies will be available to stream after their removal from Netflix.
Other big-name movies being removed on 1 November include Sex and the City: The Movie from 2008, as well as Yorgos Lanthimos' critically acclaimed The Killing of a Sacred Deer, and 2005 thriller Red Eye which stars Cillian Murphy and Rachel McAdams.
Elsewhere in the month Netflix original Passing will be removed on 10 November, the film stars Tessa Thompson and Ruth Negga and it examines the relationship between a black woman and her white-passing friend.
Fans of classic sitcoms will have to bid farewell to all six seasons of Sister Sister on 7 November, the '90s hit starred Tia and Tamera Mowry as twins who discover the other by chance after being separated at birth and adopted by different people, and the experiences they share after reuniting.
Other notable removals from the platform in November include self-help documentary The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F**k on 9 November, 1982 musical Annie on and Dame Maggie Smith's The Lady in the Van on 1 November, and all seven seasons of Girlfriends on 14 November.
