Tom Holland wants a Spider-Man crossover with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield
Tom Holland has revealed he would ‘love’ to make a Spider-Man crossover - with Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield also playing the famous web slinger.
While on the promotional trail with the latest instalment, Spider-Man: Far From Home, Holland was pressed on the possibility of a future movie seeing Peter Parker interacting with parallel versions of the superhero, similar to Sony Pictures Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, with past stars Maguire and Garfield taking up the Spidey outfit once again, he responded: "Of course I would love to make a movie with those guys, it would be so cool!
"It would be amazing, it would be really, really cool. And it's something that the fans really want. So whether Marvel and Sony decided to do that, it's up to them. It's not up to me, I can't walk in like 'Kevin [Feige], this is what we're doing on the next one.' But it would be really awesome."
The actor, who has already played the role of Peter Parker/Spider-Man in numerous Marvel films told chat show host Graham Norton an important adjustment has been made to the famous costume. Appearing on The Graham Norton Show, the 23-year-old said of the instantly recognisable blue and red outfit: “I like it now, mainly because I can go to the loo.
“This is the fifth movie and finally I have a zipper!”

Talking about a recent stunt with co-stars, in which they surprised fans at Disneyland, Holland said: “I had to walk around all day surprising kids, which was lovely, but I was told I couldn’t break out of character – even in the green room I had to be Peter Parker.
“It was exhausting.”
Holland was joined on the show by co-star Jake Gyllenhaal as well as Tom Hanks, Gwyneth Paltrow and Stormzy.
The Graham Norton Show will air on Friday 21 June at 10.35pm, on BBC One.
