The DCU is currently undergoing a lot of changes under James Gunn and Peter Safran's leadership, and Johnson's hero is confirmed to not be returning anytime soon, but that doesn't mean it won't be worth seeing his first outing for DC. It is also the last time fans will get to see Henry Cavill play Superman.
Broker | 8 July
Japanese filmmaker Hirokazu Kore-eda's first Korean film Broker is also coming to Sky Cinema in July, which features a stellar cast including Parasite's Song Kang-ho, Gang Dong-won and IU.
The drama follows two brokers (Song and Kang) who sell babies for adoption on the black market, and are one day joined by mother Moon So-young (IU) to find adoptive parents for her baby. Family dramas are what Kore-eda does best, and while this isn't as thought-provoking as his Oscar-winning film Shoplifters it is still worth a watch.
Babylon | 21 July
Damien Chazelle's wild examination of the Golden Age of Hollywood is also coming to Sky Cinema this month. The film charts the rise and fall of several stars when the film industry moved from silent films to sound in the 1920s.
At the centre of it is self-proclaimed star Nellie LaRoy (Margot Robbie), whose story is told through the eyes of Mexican immigrant Manuel "Manny" Torres (Diego Calva).
