Yahoo Movies New on Netflix UK in January 2023: New movies and TV from Pale Blue Eye to Lockwood and Co
What is there coming to Netflix in January?
Netflix UK begins 2023 with a fun selection of movies, including the intense Gothic thriller The Pale Blue Eye. Directed by Scott Cooper, it teams up a detective played by Christian Bale and a young cadet called Edgar Allan Poe (Harry Melling). Yep, he is that Edgar Allan Poe.
Elsewhere on the movie front, Rob Lowe leads Dog Gone — about a father and son who bond while on a hike searching for a missing dog. There's also a new comedy movie from Black-ish creator Kenya Barris in the shape of You People, which counts Jonah Hill and Eddie Murphy among its ensemble cast.

When it comes to TV, the headline offering is Lockwood & Co. — a detective thriller series from Attack the Block director Joe Cornish, adapting Jonathan Stroud's book series. The titular company is made up of three teenage ghost hunters who think nothing of taking on the most deadly spirits.
