Everything new on Netflix UK in April 2021

Netflix continues its promise to release at least one original movie every week this month, with the Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer superhero comedy Thunder Force leading the way. There's also the new animated movie The Mitchells vs. The Machines, which counts Phil Lord and Chris Miller among its producers.

Meanwhile, the streamer is also unveiling a selection of lauded classics, including Tom Hanks-starring drama Cast Away and part of the Shrek series.
