Keanu Reeves has read the 'ambitious' script for 'Matrix 4'
As you would hope, Keanu Reeves has said that he's very 'excited' at the prospect of a new Matrix movie.
Over the summer it was confirmed that Lana Wachowski is writing and will direct and produce a fourth movie in the action sci-fi series.
It was also confirmed that Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss would be reprising their roles of Neo and Trinity.

Now it appears that the script is ready to go, and Reeves has read it.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he was guarded but said: “It's very ambitious. As it should be!”
Indeed, the ambitiously high-concept first movie – which spawned two sequels – proffered the notion that the human race was living in a simulated reality, when in actual fact we had been enslaved by AI machines using our bodies as an energy source.
On announcing the new movie in August, Wachowski, who made the first movie with sister Lilly, said: “Many of the ideas Lilly and I explored 20 years ago about our reality are even more relevant now.
“'I'm very happy to have these characters back in my life and grateful for another chance to work with my brilliant friends.”
The first movie arrived in 1999, and quickly became a blockbusting hit, many regarding it as one of the best sci-fi movies of all time.
It made nearly £500 million at the box office, and while its sequels, The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, were far less successful critically, they still performed very respectably, with Reloaded making more money that the first film, hauling in $742 million.
Production on Matrix 4 is due to start in early 2020, according to reports.
