'Jurassic Park' child star hints at role in 'Jurassic World 3'
Sam Neill and Laura Dern might not be the only original crew from Jurassic Park to be turning up in the forthcoming Jurassic World 3.
Joseph Mazello - who played perky young dino enthusiast Tim Murphy - has strongly hinted that he'll feature in the new movie too.

While this isn't definitive, it follows news dropped by Jurassic World star Chris Pratt, who recently said that the movie will be like Avengers: Endgame in bringing back a host of original characters.
“It’s got everybody. It’s got pretty much everybody in it,” he said during an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
“Maybe I just blew it, but I don’t care. All the cast from the original Jurassic Park is coming back. It’s going to feel very much like how Endgame brought everything together for Marvel.”
Plus the movie is currently filming in Canada, this all lines up quite nicely.
Mazzello was 10 when he played the youngster Tim Murphy in Jurassic Park, grandson of Richard Attenborough's John Hammond, creator of the doomed theme park, and brother to Ariana Richards' Lex.

While Richards is now an artist, Mazzello continued in acting (his salary from a small appearance in the second Jurassic Park movie paid for his college education) appearing in movies like Shadowlands with Anthony Hopkins and The River Wild with Meryl Streep.
More recently, he's starred in The Social Network, playing Facebook co-founder Dustin Moskovitz, and playing Queen bassist John Deacon in Bohemian Rhapsody.
If he is joing the cast, he'll be reunited with Sam Neill's Alan Grant, Laura Dern's Ellie Sattler, Jeff Goldblum's Dr. Ian Malcolm and BD Wong's Dr. Henry Wu, from the original cast.
Joining Pratt once again will be Bryce Dallas Howard, with Jake Johnson and Omar Sy reprising their roles from Jurassic World.
Not much is known about the plot as yet, but it lands in June, 2021.
