Christopher Nolan's new mystery blockbuster 'Tenet' adds 'EastEnders' star Himesh Patel
Ex-EastEnders star Himesh Patel has landed a role in the mysterious new Christopher Nolan action movie Tenet, according to reports.
Patel was recently seen leading the Danny Boyle and Richard Curtis Beatles fantasy movie Yesterday.
He will join a pretty dazzling cast for the movie, which is being kept closely under wraps, including John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Clemence Poesy, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Sir Kenneth Branagh and Sir Michael Caine.

Very little is known about the movie so far, other than a brief teaser trailer which was secretly unveiled to audiences ahead of screenings of the new Fast & Furious spin-off movie Hobbs & Shaw.
The title, being a palindrome, has lead some to surmise that time travel, or at least some kind of mind-bending alternate reality, will likely be at the heart of the plot.
Though producers have simply been referring to it as an action movie based in the world of international espionage, with filming taking place in seven countries.
Patel's career appears to be motoring, meanwhile, with roles forthcoming in Amazon's The Aeronauts, alongside Eddie Redmayne and Felicity Jones.
He's also set to star in Armando Ianucci’s new HBO sci-fi comedy series Avenue 5 with Hugh Laurie, and new period drama The Luminaries for the BBC.
Tenet is due for release on July 17, 2020.
