Chris Pratt's amazing 'highly illegal' video from 'Avengers: Endgame' set goes viral with 14 million views
Some spoilers for Avengers: Endgame lie ahead…
Cheeky Chris Pratt diced with the wrath of Marvel while filming his role in Avengers: Endgame, daring to pull out his smart phone on set.
Had it been noticed by the notoriously tight security which polices the making of these films, maybe Peter Quill might have been the only Avenger to stay dead after ‘the snap’.
But somehow, he managed to shoot some footage as the Avengers players waited around blocking out the climactic battle scene.

And like watching the movie’s final credits, its a pretty stunning parade of stars to see all in the same place at the same time.
As he scans the set, there’s a grinning Dave Bautista, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, the doubles of Nebula and Gamora, Chris Evans, Paul Rudd, Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, Chadwick Boseman, Mark Ruffalo, Sebastian Stan, Pom Klementieff, Danai Gurira, Robert Downey Jr, and Tom Holland.

It’s a stunning line-up – which Pratt acknowledges in the caption – and one which would have been massively spoilerific had Pratt, say, lost his phone between filming it and the film’s release last weekend.
Pratt notes, quite rightly ‘This is a highly illegal video!’ as he’s filming, with Evans appearing saying ‘big trouble, big time’.
Indeed, the directors the Russo brothers would have had his guts for garters had they spotted him, having appealed several times to fans to keep schtum after leaks emerged last week.

But Pratt appeared to get away with it at the time, and has now posted the video to his Instagram.
So far, it’s received a staggering 14 million views, though perhaps the heat is now somewhat off in terms of more minor spoilers, considering that the movie has made $1.22 billion in its opening weekend.
Nonetheless, he was dicing with potential disembowelment at the hands of Disney shooting it, so one has to commend his stunning recklessness.
Avengers: Endgame is out now.
